The World TEFL Accrediting Commission (WTEFLAC) is an accrediting body of TEFL/TESOL courses and course providers. We were set up to drive up standards in the TEFL/TESOL industry. We aim to set a bench mark of excellence that all course providers can aim to achieve. Through education, partnership and mutual respect we aim to create an honest, fair and transparent TEFL/TESOL market for consumers.
We have a strict code of practice that all accredited course providers must adhere to in order to retain their accredited status. This code covers course advertising & promotion, selection & admission of students, course delivery, course modules & content, feedback & assessment, staffing & staff development, quality assurance & course evaluation.
Any course that has been accredited by our organization has been thoroughly examined and evaluated in order to ensure it meets our code of practice and gives students a solid foundation of knowledge required to achieve their professional goals.
